Earlier this spring, the Theia Institute participated in The Wall Street Journal’s Opinion Live in Washington, DC — a gathering convened by WSJ Opinion and WSJ Free Expression that brings together policymakers, business leaders, and commentators around the questions shaping American policy and public life.

Why we were in the room

For a think tank focused on the governance of artificial intelligence and emerging technology, the value of a forum like this is exposure to how decision-makers across government and industry are actually framing the issues — not in the abstract, but in real time.
